To Enroll Your Child at Toddler Station:

Step 1:  Download and complete the Registration Form

Step 2:  Return with your registration fee

Step 3:  Bring in child's birth certificate  to complete registration process

Step 4:  Submit Virginia School Entrance Health Form & current immunization record
